Nature tourism product development seminar in Zemgale, 29th April 2011. On 29th April in this year in the information center Gulbji was held nature tourism product development seminar organized by LFN. 28 tourism businessmen, tourism information center employees and other interested took part in this seminar. Viesturs Vintulis from LU Faculty of Biology Museum of Zoology during the seminary spoke about bats and the opportunity to manage monitoring without disturbing them. Diāna Meiere from The Natural History Museum of Latvia continued with introduction of fungi kingdom meanwhile educating about the traditional and untraditional usage of fungi. In conclusion everyone in the information center yard could explore and to get know fungi and lichens in the lead of Diāna Meiere. Presentations read during the seminar can be found here.
